We know that in private practice you are constantly juggling boundaries and flexibility.
That is why at Helpspace you are completely in control of when you book follow-up sessions for ongoing clients. At the end of each session with a client, you can book the next session or sessions into your calendar.
Add a new session for an existing client in your calendar
- Log in to your Helpspace Therapist account
- In your calendar, click the date and time when you would like to add a Follow-Up Session.
- A box will appear asking you which type of event you would like to create. Select Add Follow-up Appointment.
- Fill out the required appointment details.
- Click Save to create the appointment.
- Both you and your client will receive an email notification which includes the details of the session and a video call link to use for the session. You can also access this video-call link in your calendar, by clicking on the event.
- Saving a booking in your calendar also prompts payment to be taken from the client's payment method 48 hours before the session start time.
An email or text reminder will be sent to both you and your client on the day of the session.
