Helpspace does not use passwords to log users in to their account. Instead, we use the 'passcode' login method. This is easier, because you don't have to remember a password.

To log in, simply go to https://www.helpspace.org.uk/login and enter your email address. Then click 'Get code'.

We will send a 6-digit pass code to your email address. You will also see a 'Log in' button in the same email. You can click the log in button to get logged in automatically. Alternatively, you can copy the 6-digit pass code, and enter it in the provided field at https://www.helpspace.org.uk/login. 

Another option is to log in using your Google or Facebook account. To do so, simply click either the 'Sign in with Google', or, 'Sign in with Facebook' buttons at https://www.helpspace.org.uk/login. Then select the email address you used to sign up with Helpspace to get logged in.

Yet another option is to log in using your mobile phone. This only works if you have verified your mobile phone number (if you haven't verified your mobile number yet, using email should always work). To log in using your mobile phone, enter your mobile number, and click 'Get Pass Code'. You should receive a 6-digit code via SMS. Enter the code in the provided field at https://www.helpspace.org.uk/login to log in.
