Firstly, go to https://www.helpspace.org.uk/login and sign in to your account. 

In the main menu, click 'My Counselling Sessions', and see if you can locate the appointment in your 'Upcoming' appointments. If you still don't see it, try filtering your appointments by 'cancelled' appointments to see if you can locate it (just in case the session was inadvertently cancelled).

If you still don't see the appointment, check your email account for any email that may indicate that the appointment was cancelled.

Appointments are very occasionally cancelled by the therapist (in case of an emergency, for example), or may be automatically cancelled by our system if the payment method needs to be updated. However, you should receive an email informing you as such in every case.

If you still can't locate any information about the appointment, contact your therapist, and ask them to check their Helpspace calendar to locate the appointment.
