It is easy to update information on your Helpspace profile.

Updating profile information

To update any information on your profile simply:

• Log into your Helpspace account
• Choose 'Update Profile' in the user menu in your logged in area.
• Choose which section of your profile you wish to update. For example, if you wish to update your fees, click the 'My Fees' step.
• Remember to choose 'Save and Continue' at the bottom of any page on which you have updated information.

Updating fees

Remember that updating the fees on your Helpspace profile will affect the fees automatically charged to all your existing clients. You can learn more about how updating your fees can impact existing clients please here.
