If the payment fails for any reason, you will be notified by email, and requested to update your payment method details to ensure the charge can go through. Our system will attempt to charge the payment method again 24 hours before the session start time, and then again 12 hours before. 

If a payment can't be processed, the session will be automatically cancelled by our system about 1 hour before the session start time.

Common reasons for payment failures are insufficient funds, expired card details, or payments being blocked by your bank. 

Please note, if a payment has been blocked by your bank, (which does happen from time-to-time) you will need to contact the bank to ask them to allow the payment to be made.
